Notification Flows are reusable, automated email sequences that control when RSVP-related emails are sent, what they say, and how they're triggered - built once, applied across as many events as you need.

The problem they solve

Before Notification Flows, RSVP email sequences had to be rebuilt for each event. If you run monthly webinars, you'd recreate the same confirmation email, 1-week reminder, and 1-day reminder twelve times a year. Notification Flows eliminate that repetition.

What a Notification Flow contains

A flow can include any combination of:

• Immediate confirmation - sent the moment someone RSVPs
• Pre-event reminders - sent at intervals you define: 1 week before, 3 days before, 1 day before, 1 hour before - any timing you choose
• Post-event follow-up - sent after the event ends, for surveys, recordings, or next-step offers
• Manual attendee update - a one-off message you trigger to all registrants when something changes

Reusability across events

Create a Notification Flow once - say, a standard webinar flow with a confirmation + 1-week + 1-day reminder - and apply it to every webinar you run going forward. If you want to update the reminder copy, change it in the flow and it applies everywhere.
