Step-by-step
- Sign up or log in to AddEvent (free Hobby plan works)
- Create an RSVP event - add your event title, date, time, location, and description
- Configure your RSVP form - choose what information to collect. By default AddEvent collects name, email, and RSVP response (Yes/Maybe/No). On paid plans, add custom fields for dietary requirements, company name, or any other information you need.
- Copy your RSVP link - from the sharing options, copy the event landing page URL. This is your RSVP link. It's unique to your event and hosted by AddEvent.
