How can website visitors view events, RSVP, and add them to their calendar — all on my site?
AddEvent's embeddable tools cover the full visitor journey - browse, register, and save to calendar - without visitors ever leaving your website.
The complete embedded flow
Step 1: Browse events Embed AddEvent's calendar widget or events list on your website. Visitors see all your upcoming events in a clean, branded calendar or list view directly on your page.
Step 2: View event details Each event in the widget can link to a hosted event detail page (or an event detail page on your own site).
Step 3: RSVP on your site Embed AddEvent's RSVP form widget on your event page. Visitors fill out the registration form without being redirected to another platform.
Step 4: Add to Calendar on confirmation After RSVPing, the confirmation page and confirmation email both include an Add to Calendar button. Visitors add the event to Google, Apple, or Outlook in one click and receive automatic device reminders.
What to embed where
| Page | Widget to embed |
|---|---|
| Events listing / homepage | Embeddable calendar or events list |
| Individual event page | Embeddable RSVP form |
| Post-registration | Confirmation page with Add to Calendar |
All three widgets are copy-paste code snippets. They work on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, and any custom-built site. No plugin or developer dependency required beyond the initial paste.
