221A's 2025 Annual General Meeting

Special Resolution: Amendments to 221A Bylaws

The proposed amendments to the 221A bylaws are to: establish membership classes that protect tenant and staff participation, set the board size at 5–12 directors, permit Board member honoraria, and include other changes such as model bylaw standardization and updates to language and officer titles.

We ask that members and prospective members maintain good standing by paying your membership dues. If you are interested in shaping the future of 221A we invite you to become a member, which gives you the right to vote at the 2025 AGM.

Photography will be taken at this event for use on 221A’s website, marketing and as part of documentation for our archives.
