MAVE Gathering: Let Yourself Want It

CLAIM • December

✨ What do you want — before you explain it, justify it, or make it useful to anyone else?

December moves us from noticing into claiming.

Once you begin hearing yourself more clearly, another challenge often appears: letting yourself actually want what you want.

Desire can be surprisingly vulnerable.
We edit it.
We make it practical.
We ask whether it is realistic.
We wonder what other people will think.
We decide we need a better reason.
In this gathering, we’ll practice meeting desire before all of that.

Through movement, reflection, Honest Mirror work and conversation, we’ll explore what becomes visible when you stop arguing with yourself long enough to hear what you actually want.

Not what you should want.
Not what looks impressive.
Not what would make the most sense on paper.
What feels alive.

🌿 December’s MAVE movement: CLAIM
This is not a demand to make a giant decision.
It is permission to tell yourself the truth.
To name the desire.
To let it exist before you ask it to prove itself.

You do not need a better reason for wanting it.
First, let yourself want it.
