Masterclass: How to Create Your First 90-Day CEO Operating Plan with Julie Case
The first 90 days can set the tone for an executive’s effectiveness, but without a clear operating plan, priorities can quickly become scattered across meetings, decisions, people, and competing demands.
This Masterclass provides a practical framework for building your first 90-Day CEO Operating Plan—a focused roadmap that translates vision into priorities, priorities into action, and action into measurable progress. Participants will learn how to identify the highest-impact priorities, establish decision-making rhythms, align teams and resources, define key metrics, and create an operating cadence that keeps the organization moving forward.
Whether stepping into a CEO role for the first time, taking over a growing organization, or preparing for the next stage of leadership, participants will leave with a practical 90-day framework they can immediately apply to create clarity, alignment, accountability, and momentum.
You’ll learn how to:

• Define the critical priorities for your first 90 days
• Turn strategic goals into an actionable operating plan
• Establish leadership rhythms, meetings, and decision-making systems
• Align people, resources, and accountability around priorities
• Identify the metrics that matter most
• Build a cadence for reviewing progress and adapting along the way
• Leave with a practical framework for turning your first 90 days into a foundation for long-term growth.
