Yet, beneath the language of partnership, there can be a hidden imbalance: one party holding the ultimate decision making power while calling it collective decision-making. In this Circle, we will explore the shadow side of collaboration—when good intentions mask the reality that power ultimately resides with those who hold the resources or the final say.

Together, we’ll reflect on the subtle dynamics of authority, the risks of confusion and misalignment, and what it takes to engage in practices of co-creation that are truly accountable and transparent.
