MAVE Gathering: Whose Rules Are You Living By?

✨ What if some of the rules shaping your life were never actually yours?
By February, we begin moving into the ROOTS terrain of MAVE.

Not to excavate everything that is wrong with you. But to get curious about the invisible maps you may still be following.

The rules about being good. Being responsible. Being independent. Being successful. Being useful. Being easy to love. Being the one who can handle everything.

Some of these rules may have protected you. Some may have helped you build a beautiful life. And some may no longer belong in the life you are creating now.

In this MAVE Gathering, we’ll begin working with Deep Roots — noticing the inherited expectations, family roles, loyalties, identities, and old definitions of success that may still be influencing what feels possible.

Through movement, reflection, witnessing, and inquiry, we’ll practice separating: What is actually true for me now? from What have I simply learned to believe is true?

🌿 February’s MAVE movement: QUESTION
This is not about rejecting where you come from. It is about becoming conscious enough to choose what you want to carry forward.
