No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or paying for admission will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in the United States. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the event organizers are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter: Participants may enter the giveaway by submitting an RSVP through the official event registration page during the promotional period. RSVP registration is free and serves as the method of entry. Limit one entry per person.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive the designated property listing. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $10,000. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless determined by the organizer.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The drawing will take place during the event on April 16, 2026 at approximately 8:30 PM CST.
Presence Requirement: To claim the prize, the selected entrant must be present at the event at the time of the drawing. If the selected entrant is not present when their name is announced, additional drawings may occur until a present and eligible entrant is confirmed.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to allow the event organizers to contact them regarding the giveaway and future updates related to the event. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary to maintain fairness or comply with applicable laws.
