No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase or paying for admission will not increase your chances of winning.
Eligibility: Open only to active, licensed Wisconsin real estate agents who are at least 18 years old. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the event organizers are not eligible.

Entry & Ticketing: Each eligible agent may receive a maximum of two (2) entries total:

1. One (1) entry for attending the event
2. One (1) additional entry for RSVPing prior to event day

Entry Limitations: Limit of two (2) entries per individual. Multiple RSVPs, duplicate submissions, or attempts to obtain more than the permitted number of entries through any means, including but not limited to the use of multiple email addresses, identities, or registrations, are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
All entries are subject to verification. The event organizers reserve the right to deny, revoke, or invalidate any entry that does not comply with these rules or is suspected of being fraudulent or duplicative. Final eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of the event organizers.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive the designated property listing with a starting listed price of $375,000 with a 3% commission. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. The drawing will take place during the event on April 16, 2026 at approximately 8:30 PM CST.

Presence Requirement: The selected entrant must be present at the event at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If the selected entrant is not present when their name is announced, additional drawings may occur until a present and eligible entrant is confirmed.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to allow the event organizers to contact them regarding the giveaway and future updates related to the event. The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary to maintain fairness or comply with applicable laws.
