7th Annual SF Urban Film Fest
--
Cities are made up of physical infrastructures that move people and goods, transmit energy and information, facilitate sanitation and public health. But cities are also wrapped in Spiritual Infrastructure comprised of networks and relationships enacting rituals of creativity, often resulting in community-generated art projects. These acts and artworks infuse our environment with meaning, helping us connect with a larger sense of purpose and shared humanity. The program will examine the creation of Spiritual Infrastructure through the experience of Oakland organizers and artists, illuminating how their work creates lasting physical and social resonances.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Register for the event to receive an access code and link to join on Wednesday, February 17 at 5:30pm PST. We’ll watch the film and go straight into panel discussion. Bring questions for panelists to guide the conversation.
