Join us for SICA's 22nd Annual CCO Workshop
The CCO Workshop is a one-day conference hosted by the Southern Interior Construction Association. CCO stands for Contractors, Consultant and Owner, Representing the important relationship that each of the parties brings to the table of a construction project. The CCO Workshops goal is to facilitate open and transparent conversation between all parties in the construction industry. Understanding the obstacles and challenges of the contractors, consultants or owners helps facilitate smoother and more efficient construction projects.
This year’s theme Adapting to the Only Constant – Change will highlight key topics relevant to the construction industry now and for the future. Attendees will learn about work culture focusing on diversity and inclusiveness. Speakers will address how businesses need to rethink supply chain and on-going disruptions. Attendees will also learn about the benefits of collaborative approaches. The CCO workshop concludes with the highly anticipated legal update with valuable takeaways from case studies on contracts and human resources.
