Meet us on the patio! On Thursday, September 18th, from 7-11pm the GSA will be hosting our annual Patio Party at Veritas Café (Waterloo Campus)*.
Join us for an evening of fun under the stars. Our GSA Patio Party will feature lively music while also providing you the opportunity to participate in various games and activities. In addition, a variety of delicious snacks will be provided to keep you energized throughout the night.
As a Laurier graduate student*, you are welcome to bring one non-Laurier guest (19+)**. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for all guests and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Whether you're looking to build connections with your peers, enjoy a drink or snack, take in some live music, or indulge in some friendly competition, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to relax, socialize, and enjoy a memorable evening with fellow graduate students.We look forward to seeing you, RSVPing “going” is required to attend.
Free parking is available in white parking lots after 4:30 pm. Plan accordingly if you plan on drinking alcohol.
* Any currently registered Laurier graduate student is welcome to attend regardless of location of study – including you too, online students!

You’ll need to show your Graduate Student OneCard to get in.
If you want to buy/drink alcohol, you must also show a valid physical, Canadian government-issued photo identification (ID).
All guests must show a valid physical, Canadian government-issued photo identification (ID) as proof of being 19 years of age or older.
Valid ID must:
Be Canadian government-issued
Show your photo, name, date of birth, and signature
Be the physical card (no photos, scans, copies, or files on phones)
Be current (expired ID is not valid)

Ontario Driver’s Licence
Canadian Passport
Canadian Citizenship Card
Canadian Armed Forces Identification Card
BYID Photo card issued by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO)
Secure Indian Status Card issued by the Government of Canada
Permanent Resident Card issued by the Government of Canada
