MAVE Gathering: Keep What Nourishes You

✨ What can you honour from where you come from without continuing to live by every rule you inherited?

Questioning old patterns can bring up a complicated feeling: If I choose differently, am I betraying someone?

A family. A culture. A role you were praised for. A version of yourself that helped you survive, belong, succeed, or be loved.

In this MAVE Gathering, we’ll go deeper into Deep Roots by exploring the difference between honouring where you come from and unconsciously repeating what no longer fits.

We’ll notice where loyalty may be shaping your choices — and where love, gratitude, or belonging have become tangled with obligation.

Through movement, reflection, witnessing, and inquiry, we’ll ask: What do I genuinely want to keep? What have I outgrown? What am I carrying because it is mine? What am I carrying because I learned I was supposed to?

🌿 February’s MAVE movement: QUESTION
The goal is not to uproot yourself. It is to become conscious enough to choose which roots nourish the life you are growing now.
