Tuesday, November 4, 7:00pm - 8:00pm (EST)
Purpose can inspire us, yet it can also narrow us. Too often, we frame purpose as something to “achieve” — a fixed outcome that validates our tomorrow-self. In this pursuit, we risk losing sight of what is actually being asked of us in the present. Fear, scarcity, and self-involvement can keep us clinging to a purpose that blinds us to changing realities.
In this Circle, we will reimagine purpose not as a static goal but as a living thread — something we find, lose, and find again. We’ll explore the nuance between a purpose that gratifies the self versus a purpose that listens, adapts, and evolves. Together, we’ll reflect on how to engage with purpose in ways that honor both our own becoming and the shifting needs of the world.
What Is Circle Lab?
Circle Lab is a space to pause, reflect, and connect with peers who are navigating the complexities of creating impact in their organizations and communities. Each month, we’ll explore a thought-provoking question related to leadership, collaboration, and change.
At Open Circle, we’ve always believed in the power of community to drive meaningful change.
