The Biz Bestie Virtual Meetup, is an event for women B2B owners hosted by Nevica Vazquez.

Joining The Call

- On 2/27/19 at 1 pm EST, you'll join the event via your desktop form the zoom link: https://zoom.us/j/679309762

- The call will be held via Zoom (a live video meeting software).

- You can join the zoom call via video or audio, if you join via video we will all be able to see your beautiful face, if you join via audio, we'll only be able to hear your voice.

- If you join via audio only I recommend adding a photo of yourself to your Zoom account and adding your NAME so everyone knows who they are talking to.

Call Agenda

- When you click the link to join the call at 1pm EST you'll be on screen with all the meetup attendees. Nevica will welcome you, give an introduction on how the meetup is going to work, and will then put you in a smaller group video chat with a max of 6 people.

- The point of getting split into the smaller group video chats is so you can make REAL connections during this time and really get to know people as oppose to just hearing about what they do.

- Also depending on the amount of people who join the meetup you will either only be in one small group for the entirety of the call or the groups will switch one or two times so that you meet different people within the hour.

- At the beginning of the call Nevica will tell you how much time you have within your small groups so that you know how to evenly split time up with other members.

- She will also be sending the groups prompts to help keep the conversation going.

- When broken into small groups the person with a name that starts with a letter earliest in the alphabet will start the conversation!


HOW TO PREPARE

- Be on time! The call starts at 1 pm EST please be there no later then 1:05 pm EST because once we split into groups it won't be fair to the other group members for you to show up late and interrupt the conversation.

- Be in a quite space where people will be able to hear you without distracting background noise. If you do have background noise, please mute yourself until it's your turn to speak.

- Always wear headphones for the best sound quality. If you're not wearing headphones keep yourself muted until you want to speak because we will hear the echo.

- If you're on video be sure to feel comfortable with how you're dressed and your background view.
