Dinner
This week we are gathering in Kailash Parbat, an Indian restaurant. The restaurant offers a selection of vegetarian dishes with good social space to gather.
Schedule
7:00 - 7:15 PM - Meet and greet
7:15 - 8:15 PM - Dinner with discussion
8:15 - 9:00 PM - Social, we encourage you to move around between conversations to meet new people!
Discussion
Discussion during dinner will be based on Julia Galef's podcast: Understanding moral disagreements (Jonathan Haidt). Social psychologist Jonathan Haidt argues that liberals should “expand their moral horizons” by learning to think like conservatives. What do you think? How do you resolve moral disagreements?
