Motivation: Why we keep going to keep immunization going during the pandemic

This #TeachToReach Special Event “How we keep going to keep immunization going during the pandemic” is part of the Launch of the Movement for Immunization Agenda 2030.

Sharath Jeevan, a leading global expert on the topic of motivation, will be our “Guide on the Side” in the upcoming Special Event on motivation at the fifth Teach to Reach: Connect, the leading networking event for immunization professionals from all over the world. This means he will listen to the experience shared by practitioners and then share his feedback and insights, grounded in his expertise.

If we are going to build a Movement together for Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030), we need to take care of and support each other.

If you work in immunization, you have kept vaccination going during the pandemic and are now the key to the success of COVID-19 vaccination.

You may get great satisfaction from your work, but you are also likely to face great hardship.

Before we ask you about the challenges you face, we would like to better understand what keeps you going.

What are the worst and best parts of your job? Where do you find the motivation to continue your work? What helps you feel involved in your work?

How has the COVID-19 pandemic changed how you feel about your work? What makes you lose or gain your motivation?
