October Reiki Share In Person

Everyone has a chance to check in before we begin the Reiki share.
We will practice self-Reiki and send it out to others, then get into groups of 3. Each group of 3 will take turns with one person on the table to receive for approximately 12 minutes. There will be time to chat in between each person receiving. When everyone has received we will gather again in circle and reflect.
Oracle decks are provided, please bring your own if you would like, and also bring a journal and any crystals or stones you might like to have in the circle.
Tekla hosted Reiki Shares in the Lafayette community monthly from 2017 to 2020, then they stopped because of the pandemic. She is excited to re-start this community at Soul Tree Yoga.
