[In-Person] American Motherhood: No Country for Mothers- Film Screening & Chat with Advocacy Leaders Reshma Saujani, Molly Moon & more

On Wednesday, September 30, 5:30-8:30 PDT, Moms First is bringing our new documentary, No Country for Mothers, to Seattle, and we'd love for you to be there.

The film asks the question nobody wants to answer: why is motherhood so hard in the first place? It cuts through the "girl boss" versus "trad wife" culture wars to get at the real issue: the lack of support for American families. And it tells the story of a growing movement of mothers who are done accepting that as the norm.

This isn't just a screening. It's part of a national tour bringing thousands of moms and supporters together in cities across the country, creating space for connection, conversation, and momentum.

Join us for a full screening followed by a panel discussion, where I'll be joining local advocates and leaders to talk about what comes next for moms in this country.

Seating is limited. Please RSVP by September 22 to join us.

Childcare is on Moms First.  Rosie is sponsoring free childcare for children ages 2 and up at the nearby Hotel Adara. Rosie is a Seattle-based startup founded by moms to provide flexible household support that adapts to your life, so you can be fully present at the event knowing your kids are in capable hands. Space is limited, so register in advance.
