HappinessWorks Plunge Club – Kickoff!

Dear Happiness Plunge Club!

I’m thrilled to welcome you to a pilot group helping shape something special! We’ve closed registration to keep the pilot interactive—your voice plays a key role in refining this experience for our full launch this summer.

On Tues, March 25 Noon ET, we’ll dive into the foundations of HappinessWorks™ 101—the science-backed approach to cultivating lasting happiness. We’ll begin with an introduction to key principles before moving into breakout groups to apply what we’ve learned.  

To ensure a meaningful and engaging experience, we ask you have your cameras on and be ready to actively participate for the hour.

This pilot group is an opportunity to help us lay the groundwork for a vibrant Happiness Hygiene Plunge Club. Your insights are invaluable, and we’d love to hear your articulate feedback to make sure we create something truly meaningful for our community. To support this, we invite you to stay after the hour for an optional 30 minute discussion from 1-1:30pm where we will open the floor for your feedback, thoughts, and ideas on shaping the program moving forward (updated invite attached to add to your calendar).

If your plans have changed, and you won’t be able to be a part of this pilot (will run a few sessions), no worries, we can keep you on our list for the full launch this summer.  But please respond "no", so we can admit those on the pilot waitlist, or "interested", to keep you on the list for future pilot sessions.
