Show Detail: To truly fuel the digital revolution it is time to revolutionize the traditional organizational structure, which was a by-product of the Industrial Revolution. Organization structures were created as a by-product of the industrial revolution where the objectives were control, consistency, route processing and routine. Today's digital organization requires ambiguity, speed, and fluidity. While digital, innovation and transformation are tackling processing, change management and changes to consumer engagement, most organizations are rejecting the “digital organ”. Join the conversation and discussion led by Lisa Wardlaw, Chief Strategic Financial Officer (ex-Farmers) and Chief digital strategy and transformation Officer (ex-MunichRe). Share your take -
