Trauma often lingers in the body and nervous system long after events have passed, showing up as anxiety, hypervigilance, emotional shutdown, chronic tension, fatigue, fear of relaxing, or difficulty feeling safe.
In this 75-minute guided group session, Barry clears trauma-related blocks at the level they were created — including shock and survival responses, fight/flight/freeze patterns, stored fear and grief, trauma-formed identity patterns, and the belief that it isn’t safe to relax, trust, or feel calm.
