Melaina believes, that despite a growing awareness of behavioural insights and its potency as a problem solving tool within business and beyond, executives and decision makers still struggle to drive strategy that accounts for (and aligns to!) the fundamentals of how people behave. Whether it's a product launch, an acquisition, or the introduction of new technology, applying behavioural insights to strategy development and execution can dramatically increase the success of adoption and mitigate delivery risk.
