Do you ever wish you spent more time on your mobile phone? At the same time as social media has exploded in popularity over the last 20 years, there has also been an unprecedented rise in loneliness, mental health issues and the emergence of new ailments such as FOMO (the fear of missing out) and BOMP (the belief that others are more popular than you). The two facts are inextricably linked and more specifically, it is related to the additive design of the products that we all use on a daily basis. Founder and CEO Aidan O'Brien share's how his firm and others are innovating solutions to reduce these risks by introducing purposeful human friction into digital social applications. Listen in, share your experience and whats worked for you.
