Thursday, July 24, 2025 In these sessions, Elaine will guide you through an exploration of your business’s societal purpose [aligned with the Global Goal/s] and provide a sneak peek into your business’s inaugural journey into impact and outcomes measurement. Â

By the end of the workshops you will have an impact journey map for your business, that will outline:
- the Global Goal/s that your business contributes to; and
- 3 - 5 outcomes statements that your business strives to support.Â
What to expect from session 1 - A glimpse into the history of the UN’s Global Goals and how your business can contribute to the movement
- An introduction to the Inner Development Goals and its role in the Global Goals movement
- Clarity on the Global Goal/s that best align/s with the core activities of your businessÂ
What to expect from session 2 - Map the identified Global Goal/s to desired community outcomes
- Translate your business’s core activities into process outcomes and gain insights on how these contribute to the desired community outcomes

WHAT'S AN IMPACT COLLAB EXPERT POD? Expert Pods are dynamic learning sessions designed to help you gain practical business and social impact skills by connecting directly with an Expert of that skill from the Impact Collab community. These small-group sessions (2-4 participants) are intimate, interactive, and personalized to your unique challenges, creating an environment for tailored advice, actionable feedback, and growth. It’s all about skill-sharing in our clever community, to help us learn the essentials we need to grow and thrive in our enterprises.
How do they work? Hosted during a single month, the pods are run as 2 x 1-hour online workshops, two weeks apart.
The Workshops are interactive, with lots of Q&A, live feedback, and direct, tailored support.Â
At the end of Workshop 1 participants sets a list of items to action or exercise, in Workshop 2 these items are reviewed, additional feedback is given and next steps are provided.Â
This is by far one of our most valuable knowledge and relationship-building programs in the community. And the best part... it’s included in the Impact Collab membership!
CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS If you unable to attend your expert pod and it is 7+ days until Workshop 1 please emailÂ
abbey@impactcollab.com.au to have your ticket re-released.
If it is
 less than 7 days until workshop 1, you will need to find a replacement for your spot using the
waitlist. You can see who else is on the waitlistÂ
here. If a replacement cannot be found the following cancellation fees apply.Â
Workshop 1: No Shows & cancellations made with less than 7 days notice, which are unable to be filled by another member on the waitlist, will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
Workshop 2: As
Workshop 1 is essential for context in Workshop 2, waitlist members will not be able to come in halfway through. If you are unable to attend workshop 2, but attended workshop 1, a $15 cancellation fee will be applied.
