You are invited to our second Authentic Ukrainian Food Tasting Fundraising Event at the Custom House Maritime Museum in Newburyport under the tent with backdrops of the Merrimack River, boats and Newburyport's majestic boardwalks.
Everyone is welcome to enjoy.
Nadiia is a native Ukrainian living in Newburyport since 2018. She will be following her family recipes for the food selections being offered during the event.
If you were able to attend our last tasting event, you will get a chance to taste a completely new menu of traditional Ukrainian food. We are excited to introduce you to the food & culture of Ukraine.
As warm weather approaches our menu traditionally follows suit. Some selections include Cold Borsch (Холодний Борщ), Cold Summer Soup (Окрошка), Butternut Squash Soup with Bacon (Гарбузова Юшка з Беконом), Meat Patties (М‘ясні Котлети), Vegetable Patty (Овочеві Пляцки), Potato Patties (Картопляні Пляцки), Beet Spread (Бурякова Ікра), Vegetable Salad “Vinehret” (Вінегрет), Fruit Compote and so much more. We have over 15 new menu items of tasting for you as well as refreshments.
We will also be selling Nadiia's hand made Ukrainian Floral Head crowns, Custom designed cards shipped from a local Ukrainian artist last month and other items. All purchases and donations to support people in need in Nova Kahovka, Ukraine, a city of over 40,000 people.

Your donations are helping Ukrainians in Nova Kahovka, Ukraine every day and always welcome but not necessary for this event.
