Thursday, November 13, 2:30pm - 4:30pm (EST)
October's briefing focuses on Eliminating friction & conflict in Decision-Making Processes with Ted Rau. Please join us on Thursday, November 13 from 2:30 - 4:30pm on Zoom for a 2 hour Briefing.
How can we make decisions in a way that balances individual voice and the organizational needs, time efficiency, and consideration? In other words, can we make sure we both leave enough time to talk and listen, while also not getting lost in the process?
This 90-minute briefing will cover consent decision making from sociocracy - a process designed to keep all those in a healthy balance and provide an inclusive, yet effective and pragmatic approach. We will understand it conceptually, but also spend some time practicing so everyone can walk away with new skills to try out in their team right away.
