Where does your time actually go? - An interactive session with Steve Mason, Anchorpoint Business Advisory

Most business owners can tell you how many hours they work. Far fewer can tell you where those hours go. This is a stand-up, hands-on session. Everyone gets a large(or small) sheet of paper and maps(basic) a typical week: how many hours you really work (40, 50, 60?), what fills them, and the percentage split across each type of work. Then we test it. Are you spending your time on the things that move your business forward? Are you stuck on the dancefloor, caught up in the day-to-day, with too little time on the balcony looking at the bigger picture? And do you protect any oasis time: time out to think, plan and recharge? You'll leave with a clear picture of your week as it is, and a short list of what to change.
