    It's a chance for you to spend an hour dedicated to doing something - with intention - that will make a difference to you and your life. 

    What kind of thing can you use this power hour Life Designing Session for?


    You can use this time to focus on anything you want to make time for. We’ve had people spending time on everything from knitting to writing Substack posts, to filling in a job application, to journaling, to throwing pots. Some have even been known to use the time to have a nap!

    Whatever you need at that time, that is what you can use it for.

    Here are some ideas:

    ✨ filling in your ‘Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026’ journal
    ✨ a project that has you bringing a dream of yours to life
    ✨ an activity that brings you joy/nourishment/rest that you want to make time for
    ✨ finally getting round to the to-do list items that you keep putting off
    ✨ accountability - doing that task that you keep resisting✨ getting started on a bigger project or task - the hardest part is often getting started!

    How it works:

    ✅ Check-in at the start where everyone shares what they are going to focus on for the hour
    ✅ 20 minute timer begins
    ✅ 5 minute break (if you wish to take one)
    ✅ Next 20 minute timer begins
    ✅ Check-in at the end to share how you got on

    It is surprising how much you can get done in a focused 20 minutes!

    ✍️ Quarterly Check-in Session - how it works
    The first half hour will be a journaling session, where we’ll each use that time to fill in our Quarterly Check-ins - either in our Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026 journals or - if you don’t have one - using the worksheet that I will email out to you on the day.

    In the second half hour we’ll share some of our answers and enjoy being inspired (and comforted) by what other people have been through and what their intentions are for the next quarter.

    And then in the final half hour, we'll allow space to discuss and explore any key topics that come up (they always do) and you can ask for any guidance or tips from me or the group.

    Dedicate anything from one hour, to the whole day, getting those boring-but-draining life admin tasks (the dentist appointments, taxes, ordering replacement oven lightbulbs, sorting out insurance) off your list!

    You know, those nagging little jobs that have been sitting on your list for far too long…the ones that aren’t hard, but somehow never get done? They don’t take much time, but they hang over us, draining our energy and taking up valuable brain space.

    That’s why we’re having a Finally Get It Done Day 💪

    A whole day dedicated to clearing the clutter of boring life admin so you can feel lighter, clearer, and proud of yourself for finally ticking them off.
    It was such a hit when we did it 3 months ago that we decided to make it a regular event!

    Here’s how it’ll run:
    • Morning Kick-Off Check-In Zoom at 9am BST - or over on Whatsapp if you can’t make it to the live kick-off – set your intentions, choose your admin targets, and get cheered on by the group.
    • 1–2pm Power Hour – our usual Wednesday focus session, turbo-charged for life admin blitzing.
    • 8.30pm Evening Check-Out – come back, share what you got done, and celebrate the relief of a lighter load together. 🎉
    Whether you join for an hour or dip in and out through the day, you’ll get the collective energy and accountability you need to finally get those things DONE.
    What you’ll need:
    1. 📋 A list of those boring-but-draining tasks that you’re going to finally be getting round to (I already have mine at the ready!)
    2. 🥨🥑🥤Some good snacks and 🎶🎶 tunes to keep you motivated, energised and rewarded as you get those tasks done
    My tip:
    Because these tasks are boooooring, I would use the pomodoro method: break your time down into 20-25 minute chunks of time. Set a timer and focus FULLY on your list for those 20-25 mins. When the timer goes off, stop what you’re doing and take a 5 minute break. 
    Every 3-4 rounds, take a longer half hour break. 

    This will help to keep your energy topped up and your mind focused 🤗

    Our energy naturally shifts when we move into the Autumn/Winter season and to stay energised, we need to shift our habits.

    And so in this workshop, we’ll be drawing on sections from the Time to Thrive journal to explore what you need to stay energised — physically, emotionally, mentally, motivationally and spiritually — through the season ahead.
