The CEO's Secret: A Casual Conversation About What Actually Works

Everyone talks about scaling like it's inevitable.
"Just systemize your business."
"Hire the right people."
"Work ON it, not IN it."
But here's what no one tells you:
There are three elements that determine whether you scale successfully or break trying.
Most CEOs are missing at least one (usually two). And no amount of hustle, hiring, or "working on your mindset" will compensate for it.

I learned this the hard way.

When I ran a multi-location retail business, I tried everything the consultants recommended. It didn't work. Then I discovered what actually creates sustainable scale—and went from chaos to 99.5% retention and 600% growth.

Join me for an intimate gathering (15 CEOs max) where I'll share:

✦ The three elements every scalable business must have (miss one, and growth breaks you)
✦ Why your best people leave when you scale (and how to prevent it)
✦ The integration that makes systems actually work (most consultants don't know this exists)
✦ How to know if you're ready to scale (one simple diagnostic)
✦ What I'd do differently if I scaled again (the expensive lessons)

This is real talk. No sanitized case studies. No theoretical frameworks. Just honest conversation about what actually works—and what doesn't.

Bring your questions. Bring your challenges. Leave with inspired clarity.

P.S. This isn't for CEOs who want to be told everything's fine. This is for CEOs who want the truth—even when it's uncomfortable.
