Enterprise pricing is custom and billed annually. Published limits start at 25,000+ Add to Calendar clicks per usage period, 5,000+ RSVPs per usage period, 5,000+ calendar subscribers, 50+ calendars, and 5+ users.

## Billing and Usage Definitions

### Billing

Small Business and Professional offer monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions are billed annually at the monthly equivalent shown above. Enterprise plans are billed annually at a custom price.

Annual billing does not change the monthly usage period for Add to Calendar clicks and RSVPs.

### What is a usage period?

A usage period is a monthly period that starts on the date you create your account and resets on the same day each subsequent month. For example, an account created on January 10 has a first usage period from January 10 through February 9.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, the account renewal day becomes the new usage reset date. For example, upgrading on January 20 changes the usage period to January 20 through February 19. If your account downgrades automatically, that usage period remains in place until you upgrade again.

### What is an Add to Calendar click (event-add)?

An Add to Calendar click is recorded when someone clicks an Add to Calendar button or link to add an event to their calendar and AddEvent's servers receive the request. These clicks are counted across the event sharing methods in the Dashboard and Dynamic Add to Calendar buttons and links.

Calendar subscriptions do not count as Add to Calendar clicks. For example, subscribing to a calendar containing five events counts as one calendar subscriber and zero Add to Calendar clicks.

### What is a calendar subscriber?

A calendar subscriber is someone who subscribes to an AddEvent subscription calendar. Subscribing adds the calendar's events to their personal calendar and creates a dynamic connection between AddEvent and their calendar system.

When you add, change, or delete events in the subscription calendar, those updates appear in subscribers' personal calendars after a short delay.

## Non-profit Discounts

AddEvent offers custom discounts to non-profits. Create a free Hobby account, then email support@addevent.com with your 501c(3) status/form, the email address associated with your AddEvent account, and your Client ID. Your Client ID is available on your account page.
