Why has the pricing changed?

On October 6th, 2017 we changed the structure of our plans and the corresponding prices for each plan. This change coincided with the launch of several great new features. We raised our prices so we could hire more team members and continue to offer top-notch service while developing and launching new features faster. We sent an announcement of the change to all emails available on all accounts on October 6th, 2017. We hope it got through to someone in your organization.
