About Your Speakers: 
Dr. Michael Easton (Amen Clinics)

Dr. Easton is a board-certified psychiatrist with subspecialties in Addiction Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He received his medical training at the University of Bologna and Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine, with psychiatric residency and fellowship training at the Illinois State Psychiatric Institute. Dr. Easton spent over 30 years at Rush University Medical Center as an assistant professor, where he directed adult inpatient psychiatric units and clinical neurostimulation programs. He is certified in ECT and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) administration, and has extensive expertise in treatment-resistant psychiatric disorders, pharmacotherapy, and psychopharmacology. His current practice emphasizes neuroimaging in the management of neuropsychiatric conditions, with recent focus on mild traumatic brain injury, infection, toxicity, and inflammatory contributions to psychiatric presentations.

Dr. S. Gregory Hipskind, is a nationally recognized Nuclear and Behavioral Neurologist specializing in nuclear brain SPECT evaluations of traumatic and toxic brain injuries, and their treatment using photobiomodulation light therapy (PBMT). With over two decades of expertise, Dr. Hipskind is a pioneer in advancing both clinical  care and research in brain injury and neurobehavioral medicine

The lawsuit claims Norfolk Southern's negligence caused the derailment and toxic burn of vinyl chloride, exposing residents to severe health risks. It also accuses federal and state agencies of failing to protect the community, instead letting Norfolk Southern oversee its own cleanup. Two years later, families still face health issues, property damage, and unanswered questions. Separate from an ongoing class action, this lawsuit demands accountability and lasting change.
