Mallory Erickson // As a nonprofit leader, there is no shortage of people telling you what you need more of, and sometimes it can feel like we are all suffering from shiny object syndrome as we bounce from option to option. Nonprofit leaders are scattered and overwhelmed, and none of the ‘solutions’ seem to be solving the underlying problem of the endless hamster hustle wheel of fundraising. Well, what if I told you that a lot of these challenges are because of HOW you are making technology decisions? And because of the obstacles inside your organization before and during implementation? It's true. But the good news is, we can fix it.
At the end of the day, implementing tech is about leadership, consensus, and change management strategies as much as it's about how nice that little HTML plug-in looks on your website. In this session, we are going to walk through decision-making strategies for how to make the right technology choice for your specific organization and how to create time and systems for effective implementation. It’s time to put you in the driver's seat so you can see how technology can support some of your biggest fundraising challenges without the overwhelm.
