Grease & Cooking Oil Best Management Practices Webinar

Please join NCTCOG in preparation for the 10th Annual Holiday Grease Roundup on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM for the Grease & Cooking Oil Best Management Practices Webinar. 

Attendees will hear from Duy Vu, City of Cedar Hill; Jacie Lewis, City of Irving; Howard Redfearn, City of Mansfield; and Madisson Dunn, City of Southlake, all of which are long-time participants of the Holiday Grease Roundup. 

Speakers will share a general overview of their grease and cooking oil collection practices, including details on their collection station, lessons learned, challenges, successes, and other information. NCTCOG will also share details on the upcoming Holiday Grease Roundup, including information on participation, marketing materials, and information on our free collection partner, American BioSource. The webinar will be recorded and shared with all registrants once it is posted online.
