Vav is the Hebrew letter that means AND. It's a letter that has a lot to teach us at a time when leaders of Jewish communities and organizations are faced with divisiveness, uncertainty, and a need to hold the tensions of what may feel like opposing values and direction. Imbedded in our tradition, and in the teachings of the letter vav, is an alignment with coaching frameworks and tools that teach us to reframe what may seem to be polarizing tensions of EITHER/OR,, into the opportunities of BOTH/AND. I'll be sharing the work of the Polarity Approach to Continuity and Transformation (PACT™) ; we'll apply it to ourselves and learn the basics of how to use it with clients, supporting our capacity leverage the positive potential of polarities through balance, integration, and choiceful response.
