Hurley Medical Center invites the community to attend a free Lung Health Seminar on Wednesday, February 11, from 5:00–6:00 PM at BrickStreet of Grand Blanc. Light refreshments will be served.
The seminar will be led by pulmonologist Dr. Arshia Vahabzadeh, who will discuss common and serious lung conditions such as COPD, sleep apnea, and asthma, along with the importance of lung screenings for early detection.
Attendees will also learn about Hurley’s ION Robotic Bronchoscopy System, an advanced diagnostic technology that allows physicians to precisely biopsy small lung nodules—often enabling earlier diagnosis and treatment before symptoms appear.
This free educational event is ideal for individuals with lung conditions, those at increased risk, caregivers, current or former smokers, and anyone interested in learning how to protect and improve lung health for themselves or a loved one.
