DESCRIPTION:Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is a complex\, heterogeneous inflammatory disease that frequently coexists with lower airway conditions such as asthma and other type 2 inflammatory disorders. Optimal management often requires coordinated care across specialties\, yet differences in evaluation\, treatment priorities\, and care pathways can create challenges in real-world practice.\n\nThis interactive webinar brings together an otolaryngologist\, pulmonologist\, and allergist/immunologist to provide complementary perspectives on the evaluation and management of patients with CRSwNP. Using real-world cases\, faculty will discuss how to recognize shared inflammatory mechanisms across the unified airway\, assess comorbid disease burden\, and apply guideline-based medical and procedural treatment strategies. The panel will also explore patient phenotyping\, criteria for treatment escalation\, and practical approaches to communication and referral that support integrated\, patient-centered care.\n\n1.0 CME awarded upon completion\n\nRegister at: NJHealth.org/CRSwNPCare http://NJHealth.org/CRSwNPCare\n\nModerators:\nAsh Khanwalkar\, MD\nAssistant Professor\nOtolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery\nUniversity of Colorado Medicine\nAurora\, Colorado\n\nLaurie A.
