Nominating Governance Committee Peer Exchange

Corporate Board Member Network’s Online Committee Peer Exchanges bring the most valued element of our in-person Summits into a focused, 60-minute virtual format—designed for directors who want candid peer insight without leaving their office.

These off-the-record sessions are built for real boardroom problem-solving, not presentations. There are no slides, no scripted panels, and no prepared talking points. Just a small group of public company directors, organized by committee role, engaging in frank discussion around the issues you bring to the table.

Each exchange is intentionally curated by role to ensure the conversation is relevant and practical. A facilitator will help guide the discussion and manage time, but the agenda comes directly from participants—allowing the group to move quickly to the most pressing challenges.

In just one hour, you’ll leave with:

• Peer-tested perspectives from directors facing similar oversight responsibilities
• Practical approaches to current committee-level challenges
• Insights you can take straight back to your next board or committee meeting
