Bereavement Support Group for Adults

Community Care Hospice and Jewish Family Service facilitating "Journey Towards a New Day"
A 6-week non-denominational bereavement support group for adults who have epxerienced the loss of a loved one within the last 18 months.
Tuesdays between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM
October 5, 12, 19, and 26
November 9 and 16
Group members will be encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, and strengths in a caring, compassionate, and confidential atmosphere.
Advanced registration is required by September 20, 2021
Group will be conducted by Zoom / telephone and adjustments will be made accordingly.
