Join us for a dedicated Roundtable Talk exploring Cardano’s treasury funding model and the growing calls for structural reform.
After two treasury funding cycles, questions are emerging around how Cardano determines how much to spend, what gets funded, and how funding priorities are established. This discussion will look beyond individual proposals and focus on the mechanisms that should shape the 2027 Net Change Limit (NCL) and future treasury allocation cycles.
The panel will explore topics including treasury runway and inflation, objective metrics for setting the NCL, category-based budget allocations, shorter funding windows, proposal standards and accountability, and how Cardano can align treasury spending more closely with long-term ecosystem priorities.
The session is not intended to promote a particular position or solution. Instead, it brings together community members and governance participants with documented views on treasury funding to have an open, forward-looking discussion about how the process could evolve.
