This one-day symposium is designed to introduce “rising advocates” to the art of effective advocacy. Now in its fourth year, this year’s program will focus on innovative techniques which allow litigators to strategically break down and develop their cases, and will include demonstrations teaching how to put these techniques into practice. The program will also feature a judge’s panel and one hour of ethics credit. Litigreat is limited to attorneys who have been in practice 7 years or less and will be capped at 100 participants on a first-come basis. The cost to the participants will be free. Lunch is included and a KCMBA Social follows the program. Developed, sponsored and presented by Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader P.C.
