Career Mastery Live – Year-End Visibility: How to Make Sure Your Contributions Are Recognized

Many professionals finish the year having achieved far more than anyone realizes, then assume good work will speak for itself.

Over the next few weeks, the write-up your sponsor takes into promotion and pay discussions is being written, whether or not you’ve contributed to it.

Stay silent, and those discussions are shaped by whatever the decision-makers around the table happen to remember, which tends to be recent work and the most vocal voices.

In this live coaching session, learn how to shape what’s said about you behind closed doors, so decision-makers understand the value you’ve created.

You’ll leave with one achievement turned into a story worth repeating, a clear idea of who to work on first, and how to have the conversations so the right people can speak up for you when your name comes up.
