Ottawa [CA] World Wide Wander Walkshop

Join us for an in-person walkshop gathering with the Ottawa Coralus community as part of Street Wisdom's World Wide Wander.

This walkshop will be hosted by Jessica Keats - meet her at City Centre, 250 City Centre Ave, Ottawa, ON K1R 6K7

We will meet briefly in the parking lot to do introductions and create a group feeling, then from 2:15pm we'll begin walking by entering the Trillium Pathway behind City Centre. We will walk along the pathway towards the newly opened and renamed Chief William Commanda Walking Bridge. Together we will walk the bridge across the Ottawa River from Ontario to Quebec and back.

Our walkshop will take place in the presence of September's Full Moon. Jessica is following the energy guiding her to this path and walk that has been chosen for its incomparable crossing of many currents of old and new, human made and nature, where we will be invited into the question 'where is the current taking us?'.

This walk is accessible with many places to rest and reflect along the path. The total walk is 3.8kms and 1 hour in length with options to shorten, lean into our intuition and follow the energy.

We will meet back at City Centre and share our experience together over a beverage and snack at Art-Is-In Bakery.

This is an all weather walk on an all weather track. It is transit accessible from Bayview Station. Parking fees at City Centre of $2.00 for 2 hours are applicable.
