What does meaningful support look like when people are rebuilding their lives in a new country?
Reach for Change, Help Ukraine Gothenburg and MIELI Mental Health Finland warmly invite you to join us in Gothenburg for the final event of the FRID project – Facilitating Refugee Integration through Dedicated Mental Health Support.
Whether you have been involved in the project from the beginning or are hearing about FRID for the first time, this event offers an opportunity to learn, connect, and exchange ideas on mental wellbeing, integration, and community-driven support.
For many Ukrainians living in Sweden, daily life is shaped by stress, uncertainty, and the challenge of rebuilding a sense of belonging. Since 2025, FRID has responded to these needs through peer-led support groups and practical tools that strengthen both wellbeing and social inclusion.
At this final event, we will share the project's key results, insights, and lessons learned, while bringing together community members, practitioners, project partners, and decision-makers. Through inspiring conversations and shared experiences, we will explore how community-based approaches can support integration and what opportunities lie ahead.
We look forward to welcoming you to an afternoon of learning, reflection, and new connections.
This event will also be live-streamed.
During the event, we will also be filming for a video production about the project. Please contact us at the event for more information.
