Over the past year, TSL and LETS have been accepted into the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) Best Practices Registry (BPR). In this session, Programs and Impact Measurement will discuss BPR’s recognition process, lessons learned, as well as future plans for submitting additional AFSP programs. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of common misconceptions around evidence-informed and evidence-based programs and ways to communicate evidence to different audiences. Chapter staff will also share examples of how they have used evidence-informed language and BPR recognition in their work, from grant applications to pitching AFSP programs in their communities.
