With the influx of federal funding flowing out to communities over the next several years through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also referred to as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), some communities, particularly smaller communities, may feel overwhelmed navigating the channels of federal grant funding opportunities.
