Event topic:

Technology is the driving force behind the Army’s modernization efforts, but that technology must be effectively implemented, maintained and operated to reach its full potential. In this AUSA panel, Defense News will explore what skillsets are needed in the Army, how the service can find, train and retain people with those skillsets and how personnel needs are expected to change in the future.
