Homecoming

GBC Homecoming is back, and this year, the spotlight is bigger than ever.

Join us on Saturday, October 3, as Goldey-Beacom College welcomes students, alumni, families, faculty, staff, community partners, prospective students, and neighbors to campus for a day of athletics, food, family-friendly fun, and Lightning pride.

This year, The College Tour will be filming on campus during Homecoming for GBC’s upcoming episode. The national television series, streaming on Amazon Prime, shares college stories through real student voices, and GBC will be the first Delaware school featured. Guests will have the chance to experience Homecoming while getting a behind-the-scenes look at a national TV production on campus.

The lot opens at 10:00 a.m. for tailgating, and we want to see your best GBC pride. Bring your lawn chairs, decorate your cars, wear your GBC gear, and settle in for a tailgate-style day cheering on the Lightning.

Guests can enjoy food trucks, vendors, community partners, inflatables, kids’ activities, face painting, balloon art, caricatures, a photo booth, henna, alumni activities, athletic team tents, an alumni hospitality tent, a scholarship fundraising dunk tank, and more throughout the day.
