DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, December 19th at 12-1 pm EST via zoom\, I am hosting a workshop on bridging political divide through shadow work and self mastery.\n\nThis is a purely educational event (meaning\, there won’t be interaction with others)\, and it doesn’t matter who you voted for.\n\nIf you’re a human who cares about the future\, and has the courage + humility to do your part in creating the change needed to bridge political divide in the U.S\, this workshop is for you.\n\nHow do we have uncomfortable conversations with the people we love? How do we relate to people who have radically different views? How do we move through difficult emotions and triggers in a way that CREATES unity rather than separation? What does it mean to embody unity?\n\nI’ll be diving *deep* into these difficult questions. Hint: It starts with you\, buttercup.\n\nUnity starts with our bravery to look within OURSELVES for fragmentation\, and get really honest about how that our own pain + shadow is getting projected onto others. \n\nThis isn’t to invalidate concerns for the future\, no matter who you voted for. It IS about taking responsibility for your part in being the change.\n\nIn this container\, I will discuss what shadow is\, how it can surface post election\, how to work with it to get closer to our true selves.
